• Standard delivery: 24-48 hours
• Rush delivery: 12-24 hours (additional fee applies)
• Revisions are included as specified in each package
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to use your signature design. However:

• You may not resell or redistribute the design files
• SignaCraft retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• You are responsible for ensuring your signature doesn't infringe on existing trademarks

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your signature design, we will:

• Work with you to make necessary revisions
• Create a completely new design if needed
• Provide a full refund if we cannot meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

SignaCraft's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
